Jenny Keller

Jenny Keller is the author of the popular cookbooks Eat More Dessert and Cookie Class, and owner of the destination bakeries Jenny Cookies Bake Shop, in Washington state.  Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and inspired by the PNW’s love of coffee, Jenny started her own espresso business in 2003 which would be the beginning of her entrepreneurial adventure. After her daughter Ally was born, she sold the successful business to settle in as a stay-at-home mom.

Not long thereafter Jenny began hobby baking from home with the main focus being buttercream decorated sugar cookies. Creative baking quickly became a passion and her signature cookies were given a name: Jenny Cookies. The cookies were soon joined by cakes, cupcakes and a variety of desserts and a growing blog and social media following. Jenny’s ideas are simple, timeless and creative.

From desserts to everyday entertaining, Jenny lends inspiration and encouragement to others for their own events and everyday celebrations.  Her style, designs and expertise have been seen in Country Living, Better Homes & Gardens, People, Us Weekly, Brides and More.

From Red Velvet to S'mores, Fruity Cereal to Thin Mint, our Macarons are available in flavors inspired by classic all-American desserts and candy. To keep things fresh, a new flavor is added to the collection every month! In June 2018 Dana expanded her product line with the launch of cookies & Mookies™ - a cookie stuffed with a macaron inside. These cookies are already insta-famous, especially the classic black & white with a rainbow twist. Calum Franklin

Dubbed “The Pie King” by Jamie Oliver, Calum Franklin is an award winning chef and author and one of the most exciting culinary talents in the UK.

Following his appointment as Executive head chef of Holborn Dining Room in 2014, Calum has combined deeply traditional cooking techniques with clever flavour combinations to create a comforting yet contemporary British menu. In 2018, Calum designed and opened Holborn Dining Room’s Pie Room, a treasure trove of savoury delicacies full of intricate creations. Calum’s beautiful latticework and creativity in pie making have earned him a cult following on social media.

Beginning his career at Michelin-starred Chapter One in Kent, it was here that Calum learnt the disciplines of cooking. He continued his training at The Ivy, Aurora at the Andaz Hotel and Indigo at One Aldwych Hotel. Calum then moved to Borough Market favourite, Roast, where he spent two years building his relationships with British suppliers. With his culinary credentials firmly focused on British cuisine, Calum joined Rosewood London as head chef at the hotel’s Martin Brudunizki-designed brasserie, Holborn Dining Room. Prior to the launch of Holborn Dining Room’s Pie Room, he went on a mission to uncover old-school pastry classics and update them with quality British ingredients and complex techniques. With more than 200 pies made daily at the Pie Room, Calum regularly runs pie-making masterclasses for guests and manages a 30-strong team across the kitchen and Pie Room.

Embracing old school methods, Calum aims to revive the ‘craftsmanship’ of traditional English cooking and favours investing time into every dish. A labour of love, Holborn Dining Room’s Beef Wellington takes three days to prepare the old-fashioned way. A signature of the restaurant, the dish is available one night a week, playfully dubbed ‘Welly Wednesdays’.

Holborn Dining Room ranked in the top restaurants in the UK at the highly competitive National Restaurant Awards in 2019 for its third consecutive year. In 2018 Calum was awarded Olive Best Pastry Chef and in 2019, Best Hotel Chef in the UK at the prestigious Catey Awards.

Katie Lake

Cake Designer and Online Cake School Founder

A few years ago, Katie had a full diary of cake orders, but she just wasn’t earning the kind of money she needed to. One Friday night, she was working late on a cake that didn’t inspire her and as usual at that time, she hadn’t priced it correctly. She was feeling creatively unfulfilled, just completing orders to client briefs that didn’t excite her. She realised that if she was to carry on making cakes, there had to be another way. She decided if she was going to make a success of this, she needed to learn more about business and how to make a profit from her cakes. Fast forward to now, and clients come to her because of the cakes she designs and she spend more time with her friends and family whilst making more money from her cakes.
